JDS conducted a pre-feasibility study for Lucara Diamond Corp. to upgrade and repair the Mothae bulk sample plant in Lesotho starting June 2008. The nine-month project scope included engineering, procurement and logistics, construction management, civil construction, camp setup, and bulk sample supervision.
