Clint Stibbard

Chief Executive Officer

Clint has been CEO of JDS Energy & Mining since late 2024. Clint is a mining professional, who grew up worked in the mining and construction industries. Clint has worked for JDS since 2007 working in a variety of roles in the mining industry starting as a laborer, miner and operator before moving into various construction management roles on projects in BC, Yukon, South Africa and Guyana, and providing project consulting services to projects globally. Following JDS’ purchase of Cariboo rail in 2019, Clint worked to integrate Cariboo Rail into the JDS Group, taking an active role as VP then President prior to its sale to Auxo Rail in 2023. Clint’s skillsets encompass finance, contracts, project management, and construction.

Clint has a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Lake Forest College in LF Illinois, where he played football earning Academic All-Conference Honours and was inducted into the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Honors Society in Economics.
